Navify: Patient Journey

Navify Oncology Hub is on a mission to make oncology care more efficient by allowing oncologists can easily collaborate with other specialists on complex patient cases.

Problem

Depending on the type and stage of their tumor, an oncology patient case can be quite a hefty document, spanning years or even decades. It can be hard for a healthcare professional to grasp the patient's history at glance.

Solution

Collaborating with the data and medical team, my team and I designed and delivered an interactive timeline that displays all events since the patient’s diagnosis, organised in categories such as pathology (test results), diagnostic imaging and procedures, treatments, and biomarkers.

While Patient Journey is mainly a data visualisation tool, oncologists wanted to be able to see the response to certain treatment (Response Evaluation). This information was not available through data integration, so we designed a way for them to to input.
